Refund policy

It is important for us that you are satisfied with your Di Lorenzo Coffee purchase.

As most of the items in our shop are sealed fresh produce, we may not be able to organise an exchange or refund in all circumstances. Please note that purchased items may look different from the pictures on this website.

Based on the circumstances, the refund may be for the partial or full cost of your online purchase. This may be in the form of an online store credit and may not include the delivery costs.

Product returns and exchanges are only available for orders delivered within Australia. All products must be returned sealed as soon as possible following the purchase, within 14 days from purchase. Products must be packed appropriately to avoid in-transit damage. All returns will be inspected for authenticity prior to processing the refund or exchange. The purchaser may be contacted to clarify any issues relating to the returned product or to improve our quality control. Returned product postage instructions will be provided by us.
