How do I find my online account?
Everything lives in your online account: the next delivery date, the blend, the size and the address. Sign in with the email you ordered with.
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes, from your account, any time before it ships. Skipping does not cancel the subscription.
Can I change the blend?
Yes. The subscription is a delivery schedule, not a single product. Swap the blend, the size or the grind whenever you like.
Am I locked in?
No. Cancel in two clicks, no minimum number of deliveries, no fee.
Does the 10% stack with a sale?
You always pay the lower of the two. It is never worse than buying once.
Can I add something to a delivery?
Yes. Add chocolate, chai or a second blend to any upcoming order without paying shipping again.
